Lead Network Engineer

Salary: USD125000 - USD160000 per annum
I am currently partnered with a well-established Financial Services firm hiring for a Lead Network Engineer that plays a crucial role where you will lead network design, deployment, and maintenance while providing top-tier support and operational expertise.
Responsibilities:
- Design, deploy, support and maintain mixed vendor network infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership and consultation across various network domains.
- Act as an informal trainer and mentor to junior analysts and engineers.
- Lead incident investigations and prioritize service restoration.
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation as required.
Required Skills:
- Cisco, Juniper, Arista Knowledge: Advanced skills in handling equipment from these vendors along with configuration management.
- Multicast Expertise: Strong experience with Multicast in switched and routed networks is essential.
- Routing Protocols Proficiency: Deep knowledge of BGP, RIP, OSPF, etc.
- MPLS & Traffic Engineering: Extensive experience in managing MPLS configurations and optimizing network traffic.
