What You’ll Do

• Provide general urology care in clinic, including cystoscopies, vasectomies, prostate biopsies, TURP, bladder scans, ureteroscopy, nephrectomy, cystectomy, ESWL, Botox injections, and other bread-and-butter procedures
• Work with a multidisciplinary team, including RNs, MAs, and support staff
• Manage 20-25 patients daily in a busy outpatient setting
• Perform estimated 20-30 surgeries per month, utilizing onsite robotic equipment if needed
• Respond to both consults and callbacks, with a typical callback volume of 80%
• Handle hospital call, including rounds, during scheduled on-call shifts
• Collaborate with hospitalist teams for patient admissions and rounding
• Use Epic EMR system for documentation and schedule coordination
• Be a team player, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and provide excellent patient and customer service

What You Need

• WA State Medical License or eligibility
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
• BLS and DEA certifications
• Minimum of 3 months of locum coverage experience preferred
• Comfortable with bread-and-butter urologic procedures; robotic experience a plus but not required
• Ability to work weekends and adhere to call schedules
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills
