Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity Co-op

As a co-op at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will be a part of the beverage revolution. You will analyze manufacturing capacity, utilization, yield, line efficiency and cost per case in keeping with forward demand. You will have the opportunity to work on-site at some of our manufacturing plants as well as in our Headquarter office to finalize productivity projects for 2027 to promote to Gate-1. You will also provide support for site-level and team analytics for developing productivity project pipeline for 2027. This role is aligned to the Beverage Operating Unit.

The position offers flexibility to be located in Burlington, MA or Frisco, TX. The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 12 - December 10, 2027. Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm. Hybrid. Up to 25% travel may be required.

As a Manufacturing Supply Chain Productivity Co-op you will:

• Complete problem definition and root cause and counter measure creation (with on-site visits as needed)
• Manufacturing execution and financial analysis.
• Problem articulation and presentation.
• Productivity analysis and meetings to align stakeholders.

• Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business

Total Rewards: $31.00/ hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 Sign-on Bonus, paid within first 30 days of employment

Requirements:

• Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain, or another Manufacturing-related field
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills including excellent listening, written, and verbal abilities
• Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and adapt to changes
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Tableau, Power BI, and SAP experience is preferred
