Physical Therapist

Schedule: Evening shift; 1500-2330; 10 hours, 40 hours a week

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 8 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in physical therapy or a related field.
• One to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid California driver's license when travel is required.
• AHA BLS Certification required.
• Current California Physical Therapy license or eligible for registration.
• Experience with EPIC and Cerner is required.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or injuries to improve mobility and quality of life.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and families on treatment goals and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
