Marketing Analytics Intern

Our client, a consumer products company, is seeking a Marketing Analytics Intern to join its marketing team in Wilkes-Barre. The intern will support the team in tracking campaign performance, organizing customer data, and preparing regular reports for marketing and sales leadership.

This is a paid, hybrid internship with a structured schedule of in-office and remote days. Interns work directly with a marketing analyst and a campaign manager, and receive regular feedback on their work. The role is suited to students or recent graduates who want practical experience in marketing measurement.

The internship runs for approximately 12 weeks, with the possibility of an extended or full-time role based on performance and business need.

Responsibilities

• Compile weekly and monthly performance reports for email, social, and paid media campaigns
• Clean and organize customer and campaign data in Excel and Google Sheets
• Build basic dashboards to track key marketing metrics
• Support A/B test setup and document test results
• Research competitor activity and market trends and summarize findings
• Assist the marketing team with ad hoc data requests
• Check data for accuracy and flag inconsistencies to the analyst
• Present findings to the marketing team at the end of the internship

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a bachelor's program in marketing, business, statistics, or a related field
• Working knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functions
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Wilkes-Barre at least two days per week
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or a BI tool such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
