DescriptionNursing Home Facility now seeking an RN asAssistant Director of Nursing (ADON) We Offer:Great PayPTO and Holiday PayMedical, Dental, Vision BenefitsCareer Advancement OpportunityTasks and Responsibilities include working under the supervision of our DON to:Direct, evaluate and supervise all resident care, initiate corrective action as necessaryAssess resident care needs and assist in development of individualized care plans Conduct resident care conferencesReport problems to the Administrator and the DONConduct daily resident rounds and initiate corrective action as necessaryConduct staff meetings with all shiftsAssume responsibility for nursing service compliance to federal, state and local regulations Direct allocation of nursing service equipment and suppliesSupervision and SchedulingConduct interviews and hire nursing service employeesCoordinate resident admissions, transfers, and dischargesEstablish good public relations with hospital discharge coordinatorsConsistently demonstrate responsibility, accountability, and dependabilityWork cooperatively with facility administration, nursing personnel, ancillary personnel, all facility departmentsExperience career fulfillment by enriching the lives of others.
