Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Schedule: 3x12.0 rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 or 48 hours per week

Requirements:

• RN License (New York License ONLY)
• Two (2) years of Emergency Department experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel Emergency Room experience
• Certifications:
• BLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• ACLS (American Heart Association ONLY)
• NIHSS

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality care to a diverse population of patients in a fast-paced emergency department.
• Assess and triage patients to determine the urgency of care needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and manage patient conditions, including telemetry monitoring.
• Assist in the care of border patients as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of patient care activities.

• Orientation and training will be provided as necessary.
• Drug screens and background checks may be required.
