Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative Job Duties: Handle incoming customer calls, orders, and inquiries Enter and process orders in SAP accurately and promptly Communicate important information with customers and sales teams Coordinate shipments, including job-site deliveries Ensure orders are shipped and billed correctly Handle customer complaints, returns, and return authorizations Enter job quotes provided by sales representatives Coordinate with credit, accounting, inventory, purchasing, traffic, and other departments Ship materials from multiple warehouses throughout the U.S. Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and team members Assist with additional duties as needed Requirements: Has strong customer service and communication skills Is organized and detail-oriented Can manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Is comfortable working with computer systems and entering information accurately Works well independently and as part of a team Takes pride in providing a high level of customer service Manufacturing/customer service experience is a plus! $24.00-26.00/hr Euclid, OH All employees of Elite Staffing must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
