At Amazon Advertising's Brand Innovation Lab, senior art direction shapes the next wave of brand storytelling through ambitious campaigns and immersive experiences across platforms. The Senior Art Director will drive concept‑to‑execution, collaborating with cross‑functional teams and maintaining client relationships to push creative boundaries. Responsibilities Concept, design, and deliver innovative advertising campaigns and brand experiences for global brands. Collaborate with copywriters, designers, program managers, developers, strategists, and producers to craft customer‑focused solutions that meet advertiser objectives. Take independent ownership of campaigns while coordinating with internal teams, clients, and external agency partners. Provide high‑quality design and art direction across Amazon touchpoints. Demonstrate strong proficiency in Photoshop, Figma, and AI tooling. Apply data‑driven insights to understand customers and deliver measurable results. Present concepts to clients, partner agencies, and internal teams. Show a track record of ideating across traditional and non‑traditional formats. Demonstrate the ability to create new advertising mediums. Manage multiple projects concurrently to meet deadlines. Mentor and inspire junior designers and creatives. Requirements Eight or more years of driving creative strategy and execution within an agency or in‑house creative team. Bachelor's degree. An online portfolio or work samples that showcase innovative, insight‑driven campaigns solving advertiser problems across media channels, including video, social, digital, activations, radio, and outdoor.
