What You'll Do: You will lead Green Lea Senior Living to operational excellence by ensuring the highest standards of resident care, compliance, and team performance. Foster strong relationships with residents, families, and staff through open communication and a supportive leadership style. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and organizational regulations and directives. What You'll Need: LNHA through the Minnesota Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators. Previous experience in an Executive Director/Licensed Nursing Home Administrator role preferred.
