Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join a busy service-focused team in Pine Brook, NJ . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys helping customers, and can effectively manage a high volume of calls, emails, and service requests while staying organized and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of incoming customer calls, emails, and service requests
• Assist customers with service questions, appointments, technician updates, and general inquiries
• Provide timely, professional, and accurate communication throughout the service process
• Document customer conversations, requests, changes, and follow-up items accurately
• Support the Dispatch team with customer information, scheduling updates, and service details
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, cancellations, and technician updates to customers
• Maintain accurate customer and service information within company systems
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
• Follow up on customer matters and assigned tasks through completion
• Work closely with Customer Service, Dispatch, technicians, Parts, Estimates, Accounts Receivable, and other internal teams
• Utilize CRM, phone, communication, and service-management systems effectively

Qualifications:

• Previous customer service, call center, service coordination, or administrative support experience preferred
• Experience in a high-volume customer service environment strongly preferred
• Field service or dispatch support experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organization, multitasking, and follow-through
• Strong attention to detail and data-entry skills
• Comfortable learning new technology and systems
• Ability to remain professional and productive in a fast-paced environment
