About the Role: In this position, you will handle construction-style data entry while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing customer orders. You will serve as a direct point of contact for our customers, providing clear, timely, and professional communication. Your ability to problem-solve and follow through on requests will help ensure a seamless experience for our customers. What You’ll Do: Accurately enter and process construction-related data and orders Communicate effectively with customers to provide exceptional service Follow through on requests and resolve issues promptly Ensure order accuracy and proactively address any missing information Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations Uphold AGF Glass’s commitment to top-tier service and going above and beyond for our customers What We’re Looking For: Strong communication skills with a customer‑first mindset Detail‑oriented with excellent data entry and organizational skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of customer needs A team player who thrives in a collaborative setting The Details: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm Overtime as needed Starting Pay is $16/hour Paid Major Holidays Benefits include Health, Dental, Vision, 401k, Health Spending Account, and many more Why Join AGF Glass?
