Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.

Active Kentucky Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.

BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.

Outpatient physical therapy experience as a licensed clinician within the last 3 years is required. No new graduates.

Experience performing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documenting using approved formats in compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.

Ability to supervise and delegate to therapy assistants and students as needed.

Maintain professional licensure and complete state-required continuing education.

Preferred: Prior experience in an outpatient clinic setting with functional, community-based treatment programs.

Shift Pattern: 5x8 schedule.

Duration: 13 week assignment.
