Job SummaryThe Senior Recruiter will provide a high-level of support to managers in the full-cycle recruitment process and lead the hiring process for senior level roles within the company.Hours and WagesMonday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:30PM or 8:00AM-5:00PM $28.00-$30.00 per hour, based on experienceDuties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment processCollaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteriaIdentify and implement efficient recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization Assist with job posting and advertisement processesScreen applicants and select qualified candidatesSchedule interviews; oversee preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materialsAttend and conduct interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholdersCollaborate with the hiring manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent detailsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policiesAttend and participate in job fairs and recruiting sessionsPerform other required duties as assignedSkills and AbilitiesAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tacticsAbility to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of rolesProactive and independent with the ability to take initiativeExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesFamiliar with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitmentProficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software or other recruitment systemsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareEducation and ExperienceAt least 18 years of ageHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred3+ years of experience in human resources management preferredSHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferredPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerMust be able to lift up to 15 pounds at timesBenefitsHealth Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off (PTO), Employee Assistance Program, 401(k) Plan, Quarterly Bonuses, and more.EEO and Affirmative Action StatementSpee Dee Delivery Service, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
