Field Supervisor

Field Supervisor opportunity with a growing commercial landscape construction company serving Southern California.

This full-time leadership role is ideal for someone with strong experience in the landscape industry who enjoys leading crews, managing field operations, and ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervising and mentoring field foremen and crew members
• Managing labor, materials, and equipment on commercial and public works projects
• Conducting site inspections and enforcing safety standards
• Tracking production, schedules, and labor efficiency
• Coordinating with Project Managers, General Contractors, and field staff
• Overseeing irrigation installation and maintenance
• Managing material and equipment needs with office staff

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of commercial landscape experience
• Strong irrigation knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with landscape construction equipment
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities
• Spanish-speaking skills are a plus

Compensation: $70,000-$77,000 annually
