Summary Keltec is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Master Scheduler to support our manufacturing and distribution operations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient workflow, on-time delivery, and alignment with customer demand. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and brings experience in manufacturing planning and ERP systems. Duties/ Responsibilities Production Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules based on demand, inventory levels, and capacity Coordinate with manufacturing, purchasing, and distribution teams to ensure alignment across operations Balance production efficiency with customer delivery requirements Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays or changes Ensure optimal utilization of labor, equipment, and materials Inventory & Demand Alignment Analyze demand forecasts, order trends, and inventory levels to ensure accurate planning Partner with procurement to ensure raw materials are available to meet production schedules Minimize stockouts and excess inventory through proactive planning and adjustments Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives ERP & Data Management Maintain accurate production data, schedules, and order status in ERP system (NetSuite or similar) Track key planning metrics such as on-time delivery, schedule adherence, and production output Generate reports and provide insights to leadership on operational performance Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a key liaison between production, customer service, purchasing, and leadership teams Communicate schedule changes, risks, and constraints clearly and proactively Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning processes and operational efficiency Qualifications Required 5+ years of production planning or scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis Strong communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience) Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced manufacturing environment Knowledge of capacity planning and demand forecasting Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience Highly organized and detail-oriented Data-driven and analytical mindset Strong sense of urgency and accountability Collaborative and team-oriented Adaptable in a rapidly changing environment #J-18808-Ljbffr KELTEC Technolab Inc.
