Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and devise individualized therapy approaches to help them meet their functional goals.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based interventions to improve patients' motor skills, cognitive function, and daily living activities.
• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Work alongside OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to provide thorough, patient-centered care.
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers essential therapy practices to promote continued progress at home.
• Track and Report Progress: Monitor clinical results and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited academic institution
• Ongoing education and post-graduate certifications encouraged and supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
