Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and therapeutic frameworks.
  • Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' personal goals, ensuring a collaborative approach to therapy.
  • Deliver individual therapy using effective modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques to facilitate personal growth.
  • Regularly review and adjust therapeutic goals in accordance with clients' progress, providing ongoing support and guidance throughout their healing journey.
  • Provide teletherapy options, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients facing barriers to in-person visits.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment plans to meet legal and ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights and enhance collective knowledge and practice.
  • Engage in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest research and practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As part of our dedicated team, you will work with a varied patient population, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. We prioritize personalized care, ensuring that each client receives tailored strategies aimed at fostering resilience and emotional well-being.

Qualifications

  • A valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with clients in a sensitive and effective manner.
  • Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude toward clients' situations.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in outpatient therapy settings with a focus on evidence-based therapeutic practices.
  • Familiarity with teletherapy tools and methodologies is preferred.
  • A background in working with diverse populations, including different cultural, socioeconomic, and age groups.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload managed. In addition to a rewarding compensation package, our organization provides administrative support for scheduling, billing, and insurance processing, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional care.
