Position Details Monday – Friday, full‑time schedule Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions, illnesses, and injuries EPIC EMR documentation system Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and prevention Comprehensive benefit package including health, life, dental, vision, CME, malpractice, and 401(k) Requirements Graduate of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program NP certification and Texas license required Minimum 2–3 years of primary care experience preferred The Nurse Practitioner (“NP”) must be a graduate of an accredited advanced nursing program and hold a current RN license for the State of Texas. Certified Advanced Nurse Practitioner status in Texas is required. The NP will report to the supervising physician and/or the Medical Director and be responsible for meeting CME requirements to maintain certification and licensure.
