This is a full-time, on-site Host role located in Concord, MA. Responsibilities include greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, maintaining an organized and welcoming host area, and coordinating table assignments efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service. The Host will also address guest inquiries, provide exceptional customer service, and assist the team in creating a positive dining experience. Flexibility and collaboration with other staff members are crucial for success in the position.

• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Food & Beverage service or knowledge of restaurant operations
• Ability to support Sales efforts through guest engagement and upselling opportunities
• Capability to provide Training and guidance to team members
• Strong organizational skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
• Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required
