ASRS Maintenance Mechanic Lead (Nights)

Colorado Warehouse Aurora 22000 E 38th Ave Aurora, CO 80011, USA The starting wage for this position will be between $43 & $49/HR. Depending on experience. Night Shift: Various Start Times This position will assist supervisor/manager in accomplishing department goals by maintaining an even workflow and minimal down time by providing guidance and training to associates. Assignments for this position will come from the supervisor/manager. You must assess the situations and make decisions based on set guidelines and maintenance experience. Critical contacts for this position are the associates, supervisors, managers, and other department leads and supervisors, so you must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively. This position directly supervises 5-10 employees in the ASRS Maintenance Department. Interviewing, training, and monitoring the employees through appraising performance and rewarding employees Addressing complaints and resolving problems. Assisting in the performance review process. Aiding supervisor in the assignments of daily work orders and P.M. schedules Interpreting company policies to workers and enforces safety regulations. Initiating or suggesting plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals. Performing other duties as assigned to meet business needs. Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) Fluency in English; speak, read, and write Five years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
