Set on historic grounds shaded by old‑growth palm trees and surrounded by renowned vineyards, the property has remained a lively local landmark revered and enjoyed for generations. Today guests can savor farm‑driven menus that celebrate the Central Coast’s land and sea, unwind at the new Lavender Barn, a luxury spa rooted in nature and renewal, and enjoy destination‑inspired experiences that engage the senses. Job Description Become the backbone of our dining experience as a Server Assistant, where your attentiveness and teamwork will elevate every guest's visit. Supporting our service team, you'll ensure smooth operations, anticipate needs, and create memorable moments for patrons, leaving a lasting impression of exceptional hospitality. Responsibilities Assist in setting up and clearing tables, including arranging utensils, plates, and glassware, and removing used items promptly to maintain a clean and organized dining area. Assist servers in delivering beverages to tables, refilling drinks as needed, and ensuring guests have a positive and uninterrupted dining experience. Assist guests as needed, including answering questions, accommodating special requests, and ensuring their comfort throughout the dining experience. Collaborate with servers and other restaurant staff to ensure efficient service delivery, communicate guest requests or feedback, and coordinate tasks to meet service standards. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including wiping down tables, chairs, and surfaces, and ensuring adherence to food safety protocols. Pay: $16.50/Hour Qualifications Prior experience as a Back Server preferred. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, according to department needs. Ability to communicate in English.
