Regional Account Manager, Rare Neurology-Albuquerque, NM

AstraZeneca seeks a Regional Account Manager for rare neurology in the Albuquerque-to-El Paso territory. The role involves building physician relationships, executing sales plans, and providing disease education for neurological conditions and related therapies.

Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed sales objectives while maintaining ethical and compliant business practices
Develop and execute strategic account-specific business plans aligned with brand strategy
Educate physicians and healthcare professionals on disease diagnosis and product indications
Collaborate with institutional managers, medical science liaisons, and market access teams
Track sales activities and submit accurate reports on time

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required
5+ years pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sales experience
Proven top-tier sales performance with consistent results
Neurology experience, preferably with neuromuscular and immunological disorders
Ability to navigate complex hospital systems and challenging access environments
Valid driver's license and clean driving record; frequent travel required
Master's in Life Sciences or MBA preferred

Compensation: $152,636 - $228,954 base annual salary, plus short-term incentive bonuses, equity awards, and commissions
