You'll work under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, playing a vital role in medication safety and patient care. Your days will be hands-on and variedno two shifts are exactly the same. Here's a taste of what you'll own:

• Prepare and distribute medications accurately, including sterile IV compounding
• Manage Pyxis medication dispensing systems and restock crash carts
• Perform medication histories and act as a liaison between patients and the pharmacist
• Order, receive, and stock pharmacy inventory in a timely, organized way
• Maintain patient records and uphold all regulatory and accreditation standards
• Keep the pharmacy clean, organized, and ready for anything

You'll also rotate weekends and holidays, but with a three-day schedule, you'll have more time for what matters outside work.

What you bring:

• Current Pharmacy Technician registration in the State of Ohio
• PTCB certification (CPhT) or the commitment to earn it within your first year
• At least one year of inpatient hospital experience preferred (but we'll consider strong candidates with less)
• Comfort with IV compounding, Pyxis systems, and medication history workflows
• A collaborative spirit and a focus on patient safety above all

Compensation & perks:

• Salary: $37,500 $48,000 per year, based on experience
• Shift differential: $3/hour extra for evenings, nights, or weekends
