Qualifications & Experience Desired:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Holds a valid SLP license in California
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) desirable, but strong Clinical Fellows (CFYs) are encouraged to apply
• Experience providing SLP services in school or pediatric settings, either clinically or in internship
• Proficiency in creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Comfortable collaborating with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech-language therapy to students with diverse needs, ages, and backgrounds
• Conduct initial evaluations, re-evaluations, and compile detailed progress reports
• Develop individualized treatment plans, integrate goals into classroom activities, and document services provided
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate effectively with school staff and families
• Offer guidance and support to teachers on accommodating communication differences in the classroom
• Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field
