This role is responsible for translating audience insights into marketing plans, influencing and building testing agendas and collaborating with partners to execute campaigns. Responsibilities: Develop insight-driven marketing strategies that include campaign recommendations, testing opportunities and clear timelines. Conduct customer research studies to build organizational empathy and understanding for customers at the persona-level and customer experiences. Identify and build the case for new marketing and customer experience opportunities to pursue. Collaborate with channel & digital teams to deliver campaigns into the market. Write clear and concise test documents and test plans. Translate and communicate business goals into effective creative briefs. Manage creative development (with internal creative teams or agency partners) to ensure marketing is on-brand, high quality, aligned to our strategic intent and delivered on schedule. Manage multiple projects and navigate changing priorities while staying focused on delivering excellent results. Collaborate with multiple partner teams and navigate/negotiate through a complex organization. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. McLean, VA: $96,500 - $110,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing New York, NY: $105,300 - $120,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing Richmond, VA: $87,700 - $100,100 for Sr. Associate, Marketing Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
