As a Case Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the arbitration process, managing cases from start to finish with precision and professionalism. In this hybrid position based out of our Los Angeles office, you’ll engage directly with counsel and arbitrators while managing schedules, coordinating hearings, and maintaining electronic files. Your organizational skills and enthusiasm will help drive successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment. Required Skills A degree in a relevant field (paralegal certificate acceptable) 1–2 years of experience in a legal setting, preferably as a legal secretary or paralegal Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks Nice To Have Skills Interest in dispute resolution or arbitration Experience in electronic file management systems Familiarity with scheduling software and tools Preferred Education And Experience Degree in a related discipline (law, paralegal studies, etc.) 1–2 years of relevant legal experience Other Requirements Availability to work onsite for at least 3 days a week in the LA office Flexibility to work 8 AM – 5 PM PT Are you ready to make an impact? #J-18808-Ljbffr
