Senior Field Marketing Manager

HockeyStack is building the agent infrastructure for enterprise revenue. We spent five years building the only data architecture that preserves causality across the full revenue stack - every interaction, every signal, in sequence.On top of that foundation, we built Nex-lm, a purpose-built AI engine that compiles natural language into deterministic agent workflows. The result is a platform that can extract the revenue blueprint from a company's data, encode it into repeatable automations, and execute it across sales, marketing, and customer success - consistently, at scale.

We are not building a dashboard tool with an AI feature. We are building the operating layer that replaces the human bottleneck in enterprise revenue organizations. This is a category being defined right now, and we intend to own it.

Your Mission

As Senior Field Marketing Manager , you'll architect and own HockeyStack's entire field marketing motion - turning strategy into unforgettable experiences that drive pipeline, deepen customer relationships, and fuel our GTM team's growth targets. From intimate executive dinners to large-scale regional campaigns, you'll be the force that turns our brand into a presence our prospects and customers can't ignore.

What You'll Do

• Build and scale HockeyStack's field marketing program from the ground up - strategy, execution, and optimization.
• Design and run high-impact in-person experiences: executive dinners, roundtables, industry events, and customer meetups.
• Partner closely with Sales and the CRO to ensure every program aligns with pipeline goals, territory plays, and account strategies.
• Own all event logistics end-to-end: venues, vendors, budgets, communications, and flawless onsite execution.
• Launch regional campaigns that amplify our brand, accelerate deals, and deliver measurable revenue impact.
• Track and report ROI, pipeline influence, and event performance to leadership.
• Continuously refine programs based on GTM feedback, data, and results.

What We're Looking For

• 5-7+ years in field marketing, demand gen, or event marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company (mid-market/enterprise focus).
• Proven track record building and scaling field marketing programs that directly moved the revenue needle.
• A master organizer and project manager - able to juggle multiple complex programs without missing a beat.
• Experience partnering with senior sales leaders and influencing executives.
• Creative, scrappy, resourceful, and biased toward action.
• Based in San Francisco and ready to be in our office 5 days a week.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including base, bonus and equity with on-target earnings (OTE) ranging from $120,000 to $160,000 USD annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
