A comprehensive health system in south central Connecticut offering primary care and specialty services is adding a Family Medicine Physician. Our priority is to provide the safest, highest-quality health care and best experience possible for our community. Our Hospital is home to world-class technology and expert physicians.

• Our health system has 11 outpatient practice locations
• Current opening on the site with 7 Providers
• Call 1:7
• Full age range of patients from Pediatrics through Adult
• 36 patient contact hours
• No night or weekend office hours required
• The average daily patient census is 16-18
• Patient panel capped at 1600
• EPIC EMR
• Option to teach Medical Students and Residents

• Guaranteed base salary for 2 years, then production-based for high earnings potential
• 5 weeks PTO annually, plus 6 holidays, six sick days, and 1 week CME
