Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional OBGYN care to patients.

• Conduct both minor and major surgical procedures.

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent OBGYN-related health issues.

• Guide and oversee medical staff, including nurses and medical assistants, on appropriate procedures and protocols.

• Enhance technology use to improve quality and patient experience while ensuring clinical excellence.

• Perform patient examinations, gather medical histories, and order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests.

• Stay current with the latest treatment options and methodologies.

• Engage actively in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN.

• Prior experience in OBGYN practices is preferred.

• An active Medical License in the State of Maryland is preferred.

• Compensation Range: $288,750 - $383,250 per year.
