Flux Core Welder Details:

• Temp-to-hire position
• $15.00 to $16.00/hour
• Full-time work available
• Various shifts available (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm)

• Perform flux core welding on metal components according to specifications. Read and follow basic blueprints and work instructions.
• Set up and operate welding equipment safely. Inspect welds for quality and consistency.
• Grind, clean, and prepare materials before and after welding.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all safety procedures and guidelines.

Flux Core Welder Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Welding certification or completion of a welding program preferred
• Basic knowledge of flux core welding techniques
• Ability to read a tape measure and follow simple blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a manufacturing or shop environment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
• Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
