Job Title
Location: 202 Burlington Road, Bedford MA Pay Rate: $18- $20 Duration: 3 Months
Candidate should have minimum 1 year of IT service experience. They will be setting up laptops, installing software, updating hardware BIOS, configuring Windows or Mac for the specific user and testing.
This is a customer facing position. They will also be working with user to copy data, configure Outlook email and setup laptop as user needs. Having experience with Windows 11 and Apple MacOS is a plus.
In person Position:
This position will be setting up new laptops, installing software and Windows updates, configure windows for specific user and verify compliance. They will also interface directly with users to schedule the installation, perform in person or remote install which includes data copy, email setup, add printers, customize windows to users request and test.

Good to have certifications from Dell, Client, Apple or A+
