Operations Assistant Keyser Enterprises - Franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City Location: St. Louis, MO 63123 (Office-based) Salary: $60,000 starting Job Type: Full-Time About the Role Keyser Enterprises, a proud franchisee of Sport Clips Haircuts and Waxing the City, is growing across 5 Midwestern states. We're looking for an Operations Assistant who understands the beauty industry and wants to play a key role behind the scenes keeping our salons and studios running smoothly. This is a full-time office position based at our St. Louis support office. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetology schools across the Midwest Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring stylists and estheticians Manage inventory - ordering supplies and products for all salon and studio locations Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and facility needs at the store level Provide general operations support to keep our locations looking sharp and operating efficiently What We're Looking For Active Cosmetology license (required) Some office or administrative experience (salon/spa background is a big plus) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks across multiple states without missing a beat What We Offer Competitive starting salary of $60,000 Health insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunity to grow with a fun, expanding company in the beauty industry Office Location 11159 South Towne Square Rd, Suite E St. Louis, MO 63123 If you have a current cosmetology license and the office skills to support a team of stylists and estheticians, we'd love to hear from you!
