Team/Job Information: Master-planned community developer with a successful track record Large single-family and mixed-use developments The Land Development Manager will be based in their Charleston office, oversee projects in the region, and assist with acquisitions. Reports directly to the VP of Operations for the region. This position is focused on their operations in South Carolina. They have an ongoing master-planned community development in the area that will be the main focus stepping into this role.
