Entry-Level Community Outreach Representatives! In this role, you’ll help connect communities with important programs, services, and initiatives through in-person engagement, outreach campaigns, and community events. You’ll develop valuable skills in communication, relationship building, public engagement, and campaign coordination while working alongside a supportive team. No previous experience is required!

We provide training and guidance to help you learn, build confidence, and grow professionally. What You’ll Do

Engage with community members in a friendly, approachable, and professional manner. Share information about community programs, services, campaigns, and initiatives. Represent our organization and its partners at local events, outreach activities, and promotional campaigns. Build positive relationships with community members and encourage participation in relevant initiatives. Answer questions, provide helpful information, and direct individuals to appropriate resources. Assist with organizing community events, outreach activities, and engagement campaigns. Collaborate with team members to coordinate outreach efforts and achieve campaign goals. Gather feedback and communicate community questions or concerns to the appropriate team members. Participate in training sessions and team meetings to strengthen your outreach and communication skills. What We’re Looking For
