You will be analyzing business requirements, interact with different business teams and will be a part of the solution design process. You will be working on JavaScript, Node JS and NOSQL etc. Will be a part of core development team and will be responsible for developing APIs/components. You will be a part of scaling applications and database infrastructure processes. Candidates will partner with the Kore.ai team for the development of new conversational AI virtual assistants across the various industry domains.RESPONSIBILITIES:Will work in high traffic / real-time Enterprise appsWill be a part of Agile Methodologies, Design Patterns, and Software Revision Control SystemsWill gain experience in scaling applications and database infrastructureWill work in a very innovative and creative environmentMUST HAVE SKILLS:4+ years of solid development experience and should have worked on open-source platformsMust have strong expertise in JavaScript & Node JSMicrosoft Bot Framework - Provides tools and services for building enterprise-grade botsExperience in building IVR bots using contact centers software such as Geneys CISCO etc.Dialogflow - Google's natural language understanding platform for building conversational interfacesRasa - Open-source machine learning framework for automated text and voice-based conversationsBotpress - Open-source bot-building platform with a visual flow editorSkillset should have the following JSON, Redis / MongoDB, Web SocketsExperience in Web Services using REST, SOAPKnowledge of different authentication and authorization techniquesStrong knowledge of code documentation and handoverGood Knowledge of Python, AI, NLP, Client, Gen AI, Chat bots will be added advantageOTHER SKILLS WE'D APPRECIATE:Experience with git version control systemExposure to any of the cloud platforms like AWS/GCP/AzureKnowledge on Linux / Unix flavorsEDUCATION QUALIFICATION:Graduate in Engineering OR Masters in Computer Applications
