Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards, including OSHA regulations.
- Manage and train warehouse staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures using warehouse management systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Maintains receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures.
- WMS and RF Device experience
- Oversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.
- Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives.
- Supervising shipping operation, ensuring process is efficient.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Systems (Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or other related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities.
- Deadline and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
