Job Details:

• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm with no weekend clinical duties
• Phone-only call required every 3rd week
• Manageable patient census of 15 - 16 patients per day
• Competitive base salary with 10% incentive bonus opportunity
• 401k with employer match up to 5% and 4 weeks of PTO
• Medicare Advantage and managed-care experience strongly preferred
• Spanish-speaking ability required; board-certified or board-eligible preferred
