Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure within a manufacturing environment . This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime , reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations .

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance, repair, and reliability of equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure within a manufacturing environment . This role leads a team of maintenance technicians and coordinates daily maintenance activities to ensure equipment uptime , reduce unplanned downtime, and support safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations .
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities across equipment, systems, and facility infrastructure
- Lead and support a team of maintenance technicians, providing direction, scheduling, and technical guidance
- Ensure optimal equipment reliability and uptime while minimizing production disruptions
- Troubleshoot and support maintenance of industrial machinery, automation systems, and facility systems
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and operational standards
- Utilize CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) to manage work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment history
- 5-8 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment (required)
- 1-3 years of supervisory or lead experience (preferred)
- Experience in chemical processing, metal finishing, fabrication, or industrial coating environments (strongly preferred)
- Working knowledge of industrial controls, motors, and automation systems
- Familiarity with pumps, valves, piping systems, and fluid handling equipment
- Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints
- Proficiency in basic computer applications
- Experience using maintenance management systems (CMMS)
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Associate degree or technical certification in industrial maintenance, mechanical, electrical, or a related field (preferred)
