Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to help ensure our community remains safe, functional, and well-maintained for residents, guests, and team members. What You’ll Be Doing Perform routine maintenance and repairs across the community, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep. Respond to service requests and work orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high resident satisfaction. Assist with apartment turnover, including repairs, inspections, and preparation for new residents. Maintain building systems, equipment, and tools while ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Support preventative maintenance programs and assist with special projects and facility improvements as needed. Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 / hr Schedule: 11:30am - 10pm Friday - Monday About You Experience in building maintenance, repairs, or a related trade preferred. Knowledge of maintenance tools, equipment, and general repair practices. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with residents, staff, and vendors.
