Commercial Loan Closer

Calculated Hire is in search of a Senior Commercial Loan Closer for our Fortune 50 Financial Services Company. You will be responsible for the following: Job Description You will support moderately complex initiatives within Commercial Loan Closing and contribute to broader planning efforts tied to closing deliverables. This role focuses on the end-to-end closing process within Loan IQ, including document preparation, deal funding, and system boarding. You will review and analyze loan documentation, collateral, credit approvals, and legal agreements to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with all regulatory and internal requirements. Responsibilities Lead pre-close activities for moderately complex to complex commercial loan transactions, coordinating all aspects of the closing process Assemble, prepare, and review commercial loan documentation, including collateral packages, credit approvals, and legal agreements Ensure accurate boarding and funding of loans by evaluating and inputting data into systems of record in compliance with policies and regulatory standards Coordinate legal documentation with internal teams and Corporate Legal, including reviewing third-party documentation when applicable Partner with Credit, Sales, and Legal to confirm deal structure, documentation requirements, and alignment with negotiated terms Review and analyze complex legal documents; identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies or process improvements Act as an escalation point for client and transaction-related issues, ensuring timely resolution Conduct quality control reviews and monitor performance metrics to drive efficiency and process improvement Ensure team activities align with established procedures, policies, and compliance requirements Collaborate across teams to resolve issues, meet deadlines, and achieve business objectives Interact with internal stakeholders and provide updates on deal status, risks, and outstanding requirements Exercise independent judgment while executing deliverables and building knowledge of loan closing processes, policies, and compliance standards Required Experience: 4+ years of Commercial Loan Closing experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education 4+ years of Loan IQ system experience. High level of proficiency navigating the system. Experience providing guidance on loan closing processes, resolving questions, and helping drive team efficiency Experience reviewing legal agreements, collateral documentation, and credit approvals #J-18808-Ljbffr
