Our team grills meats, grates cheese, smashes guacamole, and blends salsas and marinades every day to bring our customers the freshest meals possible. We’re currently looking for AM/PM/Weekend Shift Leaders to oversee operations and manage team members during scheduled shifts. If you're a strong leader who is committed to quality service and has industry experience, we want to meet you! Responsibilities Supervise and participate in the daily operations of the restaurant. Ensure health and safety standards are met. Ensure that customers receive the freshest food and friendliest service. Foster and maintain a positive, team-oriented work environment. Ensure that all team members are prepared for service, helping the shift run smoothly. Manage team performance and ensure tasks are completed on time. Oversee cleaning duties and maintain customer areas. Double-check that all opening, shift-change, and closing duties have been completed. Count the money and close out the cash drawers. Stay fully familiar with all menu items and their preparation. Assist with food preparation as needed. Support and train other team members in their roles. Uphold the brand image and values of Barberitos at all times. Perform other duties as assigned. Skills & Qualifications Food service experience is a plus but not required. Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service. Ability to work well in a team environment. Leadership skills with the ability to make decisions quickly. Strong problem-solving aptitude.
