The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil engineering design and construction, particularly in water and wastewater systems. Responsibilities Develop plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports for municipal and industrial water/wastewater systems. Lead design efforts using Civil 3D or similar software platforms. Manage project schedules, budgets, and client communications. Provide construction support, including site visits and field observation. Review RFIs, submittals, and progress payments; ensure compliance with funding and regulatory requirements. Assess system performance and recommend improvements to meet local, state, and federal standards. Collaborate with community members, agencies, and officials to align project goals and gather input. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Civil or Construction Engineering (ABET-accredited). Minimum 4 years of experience in civil engineering design and construction; water/wastewater focus preferred. Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification required; PE license preferred or obtainable post-hire. Proficiency in Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software.
