We’re looking for a relationship-driven professional to become the face of our agencies throughout the community by developing long‑term partnerships with businesses that naturally serve people during life’s biggest moments. This isn’t a traditional sales position. This is an opportunity to build a business development program from the ground up and play a significant role in the future growth of two established, high‑performing insurance agencies. What You’ll Do Your mission is simple: Develop genuine, long‑term relationships that create value for our partners while generating a consistent stream of referral opportunities for our agencies. You’ll spend your time: Meeting with real estate agents, mortgage lenders, dealerships, apartment communities, attorneys, financial advisors, and other local businesses. Developing strategic referral partnerships. Networking throughout the community. Attending business and chamber events. Creating referral and appreciation programs. Identifying new partnership opportunities. Maintaining regular communication with referral partners. Tracking relationship activity and business results. Collaborating with our sales team to ensure every referred customer receives an exceptional experience. Who We’re Looking For This position is ideal for someone who naturally enjoys meeting people, building trust, and creating lasting professional relationships. You may be a great fit if you’ve worked in: Business Development Account Management Client Success Relationship Management Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car Banking or Mortgage Lending Commercial or Outside Sales Real Estate Healthcare or Pharmaceutical Sales Community or Chamber Development Insurance experience is helpful but not required .
