Basic Capital is a fintech company disrupting America’s $1T retirement industry by building the modern 401(k) built for today's workforce, and the first ever retirement mortgage. Our mission is to create products, platforms, and a credit marketplace that power a fundamentally new retirement system.

You will
-
Embed directly with external parties such as Third Party Administrators (TPA's), Record-Keepers, and HR/Payroll processors

Rapidly understand their toughest operational issues and use software and AI as a lever to quickly build end-to-end full stack products for them

Engage directly with external stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
Required Competencies:

2+ years of forward deployed / solutions engineering experience

Strong full stack software engineering skills
-
Proficiency in any of the following: Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, C/C++, Python, Ruby, or TypeScript

Proficiency with React
