Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | Monday – Friday, 8-hour shifts (combination of 8s and 10s may be available; no 12-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide perioperative nursing care within a hospital-based operating room environment
• Support surgical procedures across multiple service lines including Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes
• Fulfill charge nurse responsibilities as needed within the OR setting
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and procedural efficiency
• Maintain accurate documentation using Epic EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of OR experience (office surgery experience not applicable)
• Charge nurse experience required
• BLS and PALS certifications required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• Flu vaccination required – no declinations accepted
• Must be able to pass a nicotine-free screening in addition to standard drug screen
• Completed skills checklist matching OR specialty required at time of submission
• Experience in Neuro, Ortho, ENT, General, and Eyes service lines required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Pediatric OR experience preferred
• Ability to scrub preferred, though not required
• Prior travel nursing experience
