IT QA Analyst

Great West Casualty Company

Join our team as an IT QA Analyst and play a key role in delivering high-quality document solutions that support our commercial trucking insurance business. In this role, you'll ensure policy documents, endorsements, notices, claims correspondence, and other customer-facing communications are accurate, compliant, and provide a seamless experience for our customers.

Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in office and 2 days remote) from our South Sioux City, NE office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports on multiple projects.
  • Validate document output against business requirements and approved templates.
  • Collaborate and coordinate execution of test strategy with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, Business Users, and Vendor Partners throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Test policy documents, endorsements, notices, and claims correspondence for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
  • Maintain clear testing documentation and contribute to test automation efforts where appropriate.
Required Qualifications
  • 3+ years of QA or software testing experience.
  • Experience testing document generation or forms-based applications.
  • Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
  • Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
  • Self motivated with strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter.
  • Experience with Quadient Inspire or similar document composition tools.
  • Java-based test automation experience.
  • Experience with Jira and CI/CD pipelines.
