Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Confidence supporting students from pre-K through high school
• Comfort working onsite for a minimum of four days per week
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic caseload

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and create individualized treatment plans for a diverse PK-12 caseload
• Deliver targeted OT interventions to foster student growth in academic and daily living skills
• Work closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to track progress and meet students’ goals
• Document services provided and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and professional guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for student success
