Senior Clinical Research Associate

Senior Clinical Research Associate role at ICON overseeing clinical trial activities in Phase I oncology across the Mountain West region. Responsibilities include site monitoring, protocol adherence verification, staff training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and trial success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor clinical trial sites for protocol adherence, regulatory compliance, and GCP standards
- Conduct site visits to assess performance, identify issues, and provide operational support
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on timely data collection and accurate reporting
- Train site staff and other CRAs on clinical trial conduct standards and best practices
- Build relationships with site personnel to facilitate smooth trial operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
- Extensive Clinical Research Associate experience with strong trial process knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple sites and projects with organizational excellence
- Expertise in monitoring practices, data integrity, and clinical trial software
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel approximately 60% as required
Compensation: $110,520–$138,150 base
