Working closely with the ccont tem n other eprtments cross the gency, this role helps coorinte commniction, orgnize project etils, trck next steps, n ensre tems hve the informtion n resorces they nee.

Yo'll spport mltiple client cconts n projects simltneosly while grlly tking ownership of ssigne client reltionships n smller enggements. From prepring meeting mterils n ocmenting ction items to coorinting timelines n reviewing eliverbles, yo'll help mintin clrity n momentm throghot every stge of the work.

• Mintin project scheles, tsk ssignments, stts ptes, n spporting ocmenttion within the gency's project mngement pltform
• Coorinte with strtegy, cretive, proction, n externl prtners to gther informtion, trck eliverbles, n keep work moving
• Trnslte client n internl iscssions into cler notes, orgnize next steps, n ctionble tsks
• Monitor project timelines, priorities, n otstning nees, proctively commnicting potentil elys or roblocks
• Review eliverbles for ccrcy, completeness, n client reiness before they re shre
• ssist with project setp, estimtes, prchse orers, invoicing informtion, n other ccont ocmenttion
• Mintin orgnize client files, contct informtion, meeting recors, n project resorces
• Spport positive client experience throgh timely commniction, crefl follow-throgh, n ttention to etil

Wht We're Looking For

• 1-3 yers of experience in ccont coorintion, client services, project coorintion, mrketing, commnictions, or relte fiel
• Strong written n verbl commniction skills with professionl, pprochble style
• Excellent orgniztionl n time-mngement skills with close ttention to etil
• bility to mnge mltiple priorities, elines, n projects in fst-pce environment
• Consistent follow-throgh n proctive pproch to ientifying nees n solving problems
